Change happensat the polls

The get-out-the-vote operation of the bloc for change.

The protest proved we are many. Now we bring it to the ballot box.

We work in an orderly way, neighbourhood by neighbourhood: each neighbourhood is a cluster of ballot boxes with a cluster manager and volunteers. Every volunteer uploads their phone contacts and then mobilises them, friend by friend, family by family, until everyone, truly everyone, goes out to vote.

1,000,000 votes that stayed home

A million opposition voters didn't show up last election. Some live abroad, some are too old, and some will never vote – but there are still tens, if not hundreds of thousands, of liberal votes that stayed home. This time it must not happen.

The bloc turns out to vote.

We've already proven it:
The spirit of the protest wins at the ballot box.

The team behind "Every Vote" led the turnout effort in two campaigns where the protest became a victory.

73%

Israel Bar Association, 2023

Amit Becher won with 73% of the vote. Turnout doubled, and election-day mobilization made the difference.

26/26

New Contract, municipal elections

Victory in all 26 municipalities it ran in, and more than eight hundred thousand votes. We beat the Likud slate in Be'er Sheva and in Karmiel too.

How it works

We all start as volunteers. Cluster managers grow from among us and lead the neighborhood's polling cluster – from today until the polls close.

  1. Sign up

    Volunteer app
    • Download the app, sign up in a minute, and sync your phone contacts.
    • Pick a party to volunteer for, or simply the whole bloc. Your contacts are your list.
  2. Volunteer

    Volunteer app
    • Invite to the app, send personal messages and call — people you already know.
    • Every contact ends with a short status: in the bloc? Will vote? A fit for donating or volunteering?
  3. Manage the neighbourhood's ballot cluster

On request, for those who want more
    • Ask. A volunteer who wants to take responsibility for the neighbourhood ticks it on the signup form. We get back to you, and those who fit get the software and the management tools.
    • Manage the volunteers. Receive the volunteers already signed up, recruit more from the neighbourhood, and see on one screen who is active and who needs a push.
    • Manage the mobilisation. On election day you get your cluster's turnout data in real time and send volunteers exactly to those who have not voted yet.
  4. Election day

    Everyone in the field
    • Volunteers text and call – bringing everyone who hasn't voted yet to the polls.
    • Cluster managers track turnout in real time and send volunteers wherever reinforcement is needed.

What it looks like

Screens from the system. Volunteers work from their phone, managers from the computer.

My people screen: contact list with status, app invite and phoneMessages screen: a pre-written personal message, ready to sendCall screen: a short briefing before the call and a call button

Contacts. Your phone contacts, one by one: invite to the app, update status — in the bloc? Will vote? — and see who's left.

Reach out. A pre-written message or a call with a briefing — whatever suits you. At the end, a short status form.

Script and messages. A full call script, six messages, and answers to the hard questions, all in the app.

External bingo — without taking a single datum out of the polling station

"Bingo" is the election-day task: collecting which voters have already voted and marking them on the list — just like marking numbers on a bingo card — so volunteers focus only on those who haven't voted yet.

By High Court ruling, no data may be taken out of the polling station. So we rely on four sources:

Self-reporting

The voter taps "I voted" on a personal link received by message — and marks themselves.

Booths outside polling stations

Stand volunteers mark in the app anyone who stopped by and said they've voted.

SMS polls

A short message during the day: "Voted yet?". Every reply updates the list.

Volunteers in the app

Every call and message on election day records a voting status — among the people you know.
